We have set up this website to help raise money for cystic fibrosis, Sam was diagnosed with cf at the age of 5 months, he was always a fighter and never complained, he was a true angel.
Sadly on 23rd September 2008 Sam was involved in a car accident and passed away, we know that he would have liked to have raised as much money as possible for this charity.
