Hi Everyone

For some bizarre reason I thought it would be a good idea to run 10 miles in 'The Great South Run' - aaaaahhhhh  !!  Unfortunately there is no going back now and not even a letter from my mum is gonna get me out of this one!!!!  Anyway would be really grateful for any amount of sponsorship money as it's going to a good cause! 

I will be running to raise money for Barnardo's who work directly with thousand's of children, young people and their families every year with the goal of protecting, nurturing and providing opportunities for the most vulnerable of them, thus enabling them to transform their lives and fulfil their potential.  By sponsoring me now you could help to give these children and young people a better start in life, so please dig deep and sponsor me online.
