Story
On Sunday 18 November I will be taking part in a hardcore 3-hour zumbathon. I am dancing for Nicki’s Smile, a fund of Pancreatic Cancer UK. Nicki's Smile was set up in memory of Nicki Blake who lost her battle to pancreatic neuroendocrine cancer in November 2010, aged just 33, leaving behind a devoted husband and three year old son.
Nicki’s Smile is determined to raise significant sums of money to ensure that, in the future, survival statistics of pancreatic cancer are improved. Research and early diagnosis initiatives can make this a reality. If Nicki’s Smile makes a difference to even one person, Nicki’s death would not have been in vain.
With this in mind, please support me in my zumbathon efforts – I’ll be dancing at high tempo for three hours, with the aim of raising vital funds to support specific initiatives aiding research and early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer, and to give it the higher priority it desperately needs.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
Thankyou,
Lauren
