For some crazy reason Scales and I have volunteered to cycle av. 75km a day (including some rather large hills!!)  in the Cuban heat so please please help us to make it worth it by sponsoring us generously! The money raisied is used to buy equipment for cancer patients and to fund research as well as home comforts such as a cd player & headphones for people who are too ill to get out of bed.
