Hello,

I'm running the London Marathon in April 2010 for UK Youth. UK Youth help all sorts of disadvantaged children achieve their potential in life (www.ukyouth.org).

It's a very worthwhile charity so please give as much or as little as you can and don't forget to tick the gift aid box.

I'm aiming to run the Marathon in under 4 hours which should be a real challenge, so as well as donating it would be absolutely amazing if you could also come and support me on the day as well.
