We are an all female team taking on the Tri-Ultimate Guernsey challenge.

The 1.25mile swim will be completed by Hannah Adam and Kay Davidson, the 21.5mile cycle by Lizzy Pipet and myself (Louise Dunn) and the run will be split in to sections - Louise Gabriel will be doing the first (5.5miles), Sarah Barsby doing the second (5.5miles), Sarah and Heidi Loeser will then run the third together (5.5miles) and Heidi will complete the final section (5miles).
