<p class="MsoNormal"><span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black;">On 17th July, we’ll undertake possibly the biggest physical and mental </span></span><span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: Arial; color: black;"><span>challenge of our lives as we cycle over 1,000 miles from Land’s End to </span><span>John O’Groats to raise money for the British Heart Foundation.</span><br /> <br /> <span>We’re not doing it the easy way either. There’ll be no support</span><br /> <span>vehicles (we’ll carry everything we’ll need) and the gruelling 14-day</span><br /> <span>route has been specially designed to take us via some of the country’s </span><span>most notorious climbs.</span><br /> <br /> We’re riding for the BHF because<span> heart and circulatory disease remains the nation’s</span> <span>biggest killer and affects thousands of families and individuals.<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;"> </span>The BHF plays a leading role in saving and changing lives.</span><br /> <br /> <span>Please dig deep. It will really spur us on knowing that our efforts</span><br /> <span>will be helping such a great cause.</span></span></p>
