Story

I am running the 2012 London Marathon for St Anne's Hospice

This is a charity very close to my heart because of one special person...

Ann Hill was my coach from 1995 - 2007. She was an inspirational character and someone who I looked up to and respected greatly.

Ann achieved some remarkable things as a coach (see link below), even managed to help me achieve one of my dreams of representing Wales during my teenage years.

http://www.welshathletics.org/coaches/coaches%27-profiles/ann-hill.aspx

Ann fought a long battle against Cancer. Unfortunately she lost this fight in December 2007. She was looked after by St Anne's Hospice during her final months.

I often use to complain to Ann that running 800m was one lap too far, so for a challenge I thought I would run try and run 105 to raise as much money as I can, for such a worthwhile cause.

Please give generously :)
