My story

 
Join me for the launch of my new book, 'Leadership Under Pressure' at 4pm on Wednesday 14 October 2009 at the Southbank Centre in London.  Attendance is free and you'll receive a complimentary hardback copy of the new book (RRP £14.99) plus drinks and snacks but I'm encouraging a donation of at least £15 to The Elifar Donation.

The Elifar Foundation aims to help improve the quality of life of disabled children and adults by making grants for specialised equipment, therapies and respite, which cannot be funded by statutory means.

In Leadership Under Pressure I draw on my experiences, both in the army and in business, and use them to illustrate the key attributes I believe any leader should have. In this very personal view of leadership, you can find out how to maintain morale in tough times, deal with a crisis, show courage to colleagues and lead others by your example.
