Last year I did the 5K Race for Life, running the entire course and my first one since taking up running.

This year I've decided to push myself the next step and complete the 10k Race for Life - I'm part of a fantastic running and fitness club and without the support and encouragement from my fellow JTAFit members I wouldn't be where I am now.

I've recently completed my very first 10k and look forward to running this one and trying to better my time.
