Hello All, For those of you out there who know me well are probably thinking that this is very adventurous of me !! ( The couch & TV lover) A ten day trek along the wall of China does sound a little energetic, well you see  I did consider the London Marathon for about 5 minutes ,but I dont do running ! & then I thought a 4 day bike ride to France but you see, my friends, me & Bikes we got issues , so really the walk was the only logical alternative. I have worked for United Response for just over five years and in that time have met some and great people and made some superb friends !! ( Now that I mentioned you ,you must sponser me pleeeeease)  United Response not only provides lovely homes for the people we support  it is also a fantastic company to work for and in the past have supported me through some stressful times including the run up to my wedding last year.

I am planning lots of fundraising events over the next few months including boot fairs ,fetes and charity auctions so be assured I wont just be sitting on my bottom  awaiting sponsership, I would like to thank you all again for taking the time to look at my page and hopefully parting with some of your hard earnt cash to support this very worthwhile cause..

You  may have noticed that at the top of this page it mentions the event name as Alzheimers Society Trek please be aware that am raising money solely for United Response and  this is just the title of the event.
