Hi everyone,

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Have ran 4 10k's before & the fastest ive ran a 10k in is 48 mins. Last time i ran a 10k i did it in 52mins, this time it's 5 years later & about a stone & a half heavier, so will be lucky to do it in under an hour!

An hour is the goal though, so i will try my best for you all.

All monies raised is going towards helping the people of Warrington with disability's young or old and also their carers & PA's who make a difference to their live's day in, day out. So please dig deep and donate now.
