<p>HI Everyone</p> <p>As part of my mad attempt to run the London Marathon in April, i am warming up! , &nbsp;by running a half Marathon on behalf of of the RNLI- Life Boat Appeal on Sunday March 6 in Bath. Its a great charity, that supports some very brave men that go out in all weather to keep the seas around the UK safe. Living in Cornwall so close to Penlee Life Boat- &nbsp;and running past it on my training runs, most days, just outside Mousehole, I cant help feeling a great sense of admiration for those men who put their life at risk to save others and for the loss of those local men who still leave behind families we see today in Mousehole.</p> <p>Aswell as the Life Boats, RNLI also support Lifeguards around our shores so its fantastic organisation and i hope that you will donate generously for RNLI or my other charity ABLE CHILD.</p> <p>Heres the blurb about JUST Giving ........</p> <p>Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
