I decided 2 things at the begining of this year

1. Lose weight my weight increased to 17.5 stone after giving up smoking last year.

2. Get off my backside and do something for a good charity.

THE YORKSHIRE THREE PEAKS CHALLENGE IS 25 MILES IN UNDER 12 HOURS.
