I am running the 2015 London Marathon helping to guide my blind friend Paul in aid of Guide Dogs. My Wife Clare is also part of our team.

I see first hand how vulnerable losing your sight can be and the difference on so many levels a guide dog makes.

Next time you are walking in the street, down the gym, just going about your everyday life, close your eyes and try to understand what life is like with poor vision.
