So my next challange is actually to run 3 races
Manchester 10k , GNR 2008 - 13.1miles and the New York Marathon .

Ben and i have now completed all of the 3 runs, the manchester 10k, The Great North Run 2008, and the ING New York Marathon . I would like to thank all of you who have donated to this great charity , you can look at the pics below, here is also my time for running it.

as you can see by the pic attached i looked very dashing an my running vest, This will be added by a set of union jack pants while running in New York on the 02-11-08
