well what can i say... this is my 2nd run this year the 1st been for the sport relief mile in march. now the 5k manchester run, this one means a lot more to me. im running for the compton hospice in wolverhampton.

this is the most amazing place compton hospice is where my granddad past away. the hospice is funded by donation only (not government). they really looked after him before he pasted away all the staff are so caring and genuine. i feel its time for me to give them something back. although the way they treated my parents and my family you cant put a price on. i look back a lot and think how nice the staff where at that sad time.

so its time for me to get in training and loose the dart player physic. some one recently told me i have "more chins than a chinese phone book". i can just see my nan and granddad sitting there laughing now saying" don't let the bas*!"ds down son"
