We fulfil unforgettable Special Days to support seriously ill 16 - 40 year olds

Story

Tom 'Chippy' Williams and Ash Buck will swim 'The Channel' on Monday April 5th (bank holiday Monday) starting at 6am to raise money for the Willow Foundation through LeeStock (www.leestock.org) - all in memory of our friend Lee Dunford.

LeeStock is about music. It’s about people. It’s about fun and it’s definitely about remembering. Whether you like listening to bands, spending time with your friends, raising money for charity or raising a drink to the legend that is Lee; LeeStock is what you need. ....... and new for 2010 the LeeStockSwim is here!

The English Channel is the busiest in the world.......which is why we will be doing it in a pool!

We will be swimming the equivalent of the Channel width - 22miles (35.5km), but in a relay format, doing a mile each then swapping over (11 miles each).  This works out at 1,420 lengths of the pool between us.  (710 lengths each.)

We're aiming to do this in under 10hrs and in one hit, no mucking about, just 10hrs solid!

We're lending our support to this year's LeeStock, which has already raised over £8,000.00 for the Willow Foundation.  We're all confident that this year's event will be the biggest and best by far and this Channel Swim will be a massive boost to the efforts everyone is putting in again.

Please take a moment to visit the LeeStock website, but most importantly please donate anything you can to help us raise as much as possible this year!  Thank you for your support ....wish us luck in the water!
