Ness and I are running the Abbey Dash on the 23rd Nov.  We're running for Help The Aged.  It's no marathon at 10km and I know I tapped many of you for the marathon earlier in the year (pic of Jono and me in the pub afterwards!) and we're acutely aware of the economic world around us so we're only asking for a small amount from you if you're willing and able - £5 a piece would be great so we need 50 donations!
