Two years ago I ran the Two Castles Run and vowed never to do it again because it was such hard work and all uphill!!.  However, I stupidly suggested that a few of us should take part again and once it was agreed . . .I couldn't go back on it.  So, I'm taking part once again and I've also chosen a local Warwick charity called "Safeline UK" that does some fabulous work supporting survivors of abuse.  It is not as well known as the big charities and it relies on fundraising to continue offering its free counselling service run by volunteers.  I think it's definitely a worthy cause and I'd like to raise as much as possible for them.
