Ian and I decided to combine a holiday in South Africa with the Two Oceans Ultra Marathon (34 miles) in Cape Town.  Known as the World's most beautiful marathon and quite a few hills too :).  There is a lovely 5mile climb at 25 miles.  Take a peak if you have a chance.  http://www1.twooceansmarathon.org.za/
