Hi Guys

Debi and I took part in the annual 'Pants in the Park' charity run in Richmond Park to raise money for Prostate Cancer.

We ran 5k in the scortching sun and didn't stop once! We were very proud of ourselves! :)

After the run, we were told it was Grandfathers day which made it all the better for me as I do the run every year in memory of my Grandad.
