James and I plan to cycle from Land's End to John O'Groats in just 4 days. This is approximately 900miles, equivalent to riding 4 back-back London-Brighton bike rides 4 days in a row!

Well we made it to John O'Groats on Thursday in 4 1/2 days battling a headwind almost the whole journey.  Thanks to all of you who have sponsored us so far and for your texts and messages of support.
