Story
Many thanks for visiting "Le Jog, Mon Cul" fundraising page for Le Jog 2008. This event is a road race to Land's End from John O'Groats in September 2008. We are one of a number of teams that will race across the length of Britain. Our team will be running stage 13 - Crediton to Lostwithiel on the 12th September - which involves completing 70 miles of tough terrain.
Our aim is to raise money for SeeAbility (formerly the Royal School for the Blind), Unum's registered charity for 2008. Donations will go to SeeAbility whose purpose is to enable individuals who are blind or partially sighted with additional disabilities to achieve their full potential. Enabling people to achieve greater independence, to realise their full potential and to enhance their quality of life.
Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor us: SeeAbility gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
Please give generously to support SeeAbility and help motivate the team in their foolish pursuit.
Our team is made up of Unum staff who work in Management Services in the Basingstoke Office. The questionable individuals are -
Bill (Swifty) Creese
Rich (Catch me if you can) Eburne
Susan (Lightning) Hart
Mike (Chase me) Hogan
Craig (Arrow) Broadbent
Ian (Cyclone) Davey
James (Zoom) Clinch
Steve (Wizzer) Ellis
