<p>As you know, every year for my birthday, instead of pressies I ask people to help me raise money for charity. &nbsp;Its not quite as selfless as it all sounds - Its just that no one ever buys me anything that I want and I'm no good at hiding my&nbsp;<span style="font-size: 11.5pt; font-family: Arial; mso-fareast-font-family: &quot;ＭＳ 明朝&quot;; mso-fareast-theme-font: minor-fareast; color: black; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB; mso-fareast-language: EN-US; mso-bidi-language: AR-SA;">disappointment</span>. &nbsp;So I figure this is best all round. &nbsp;</p> <p>This year I am doing two events. &nbsp;The first is the Great Manchester Run on Sunday 15th May. &nbsp;The second is the London Triathlon on Saturday 30th July. &nbsp;So I'd appreciate it if you wouldn't mind sponsoring us a few quid and I'd love it even more if you were about on either of those dates and fancied cheering.</p> <p>Cheers chucks.</p> <p>Lx</p>
