New Foundations operates in the Niger Delta and provides free medical, surgical and public health initiatives to riverine tribal people in an area of political and economic tension. Operating since 2003 there are no administrative costs , all monies going straight to where its needed, training up local Health Care Workers amidst subsistence fishermen and farmers, local answers for local needs.
