Kirstin being from Shetland, and us being based close to the sea in Devon, we have a great respect for all lifeboat volunteers and beach lifeguards. Especially the Shetland volunteer lifeboat crew. Who, along with other lifeboat volunteers throughout the UK, go out to save lives in conditions everyone else would refuse to. They are Kirstin's unsung heroes.
