Thank you very much for visiting my page. In 2 months time I shall be emarking on climbing the biggest mountain in Africa (19, 341 ft)  to raise money for Students against Depression! Set up by the Charlie Waller Memorial Trust, this charity aims to reduce the sigma surrounding depression, raise awarness of the potential dangers, advice people who are depressed and encourage them to seek treatment, train primary care staff to look out for symptoms and manifestations of depression. It is a fantastic cause that can really help transform the lives of those in need right now.
