Hi Everyone,

 

Just a few words to ask if you could consider sponsoring me this year for my second attempt at the Loch

Ness Marathon. I am training hard and hope to knock of my 3mins over the 5hrs I ran last year.  Once again I

am raising funds for the hospice which I work at and my inspiration and motivation comes from the

amazing people who I care for who never seem to let any thing get them down.  So no grumbles allowed re

training, lack of alcohol and all pain inflictted, ooooops there I go.

Hi

Its me, its monday night  and I am just relaxing at home after a VERY long day yesterday.  You will be

pleased to know those of you who have already generously given that I have not let you down.  Those who

 are still thinking about it theres still time yet !  I completed the run in 5hrs and 7mins which is 4 mins slower

than last year, but then I am 1 year older.  Although I have to say I am sure the way I am feeling at the

moment it will take rather alot longer to recover this time. But hey ho thats enough crumbling, will soon be

back to normal or as my dear Liam would say Normal for me that is !    Bye for now keep donating !
