About my charity : Rspca - Sheffield Branch Rspca - Sheffield Branch
The RSPCA Sheffield Branch rehomes unwanted and neglected animals, as well as operating a Welfare Clinic for pet owners on a low income. We also hold Community Action days, providing free microchipping and neutering vouchers to the pet owners of Sheffield.

My personal message:

Hi all

I've finally signed up to the Sheffield Half Marathon having been talking about doing it for months!  Please dig really deep and sponsor me in large amounts to make all the pain worthwhile.

I'm running for the Sheffield branch of the RSCPA who are currently fundraising to build a new rehoming centre in Sheffield.  They have been without such a facility since 2005 when their old centre had to close due to the building of the Inner Relief road, so it is a very worthy cause.  If you want to know more about their work check out their website on www.rspcssheffield.homeip.net

As you can see, Shelagh does her doggie bit and helps me out on training runs as much as she can although not recently as she's just had puppies!
