Last week, my beautiful, talented 18 year old niece was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymthoma, as you can imagine this diagnosis has come as a massive shock to us, this was not what we wanted to hear, this news has not only devastated us as a family but also Shannon's friends, Shannon should be looking forward to finishing her off A levels and going onto university in September, instead she now has a different fight on her hands. Shannon is an inspiration to us all and has vowed not to let this horrible horrible disease get the better of her, she has touched the hearts of so many people and because of this we have set up our page "Shannons Angels" in support of her and for others who are fighting at this time. As a family we will support Shannon every step of the way, we will laugh with her and we will cry with her and we WILL get her better....this time Cancer you chose the wrong family to mess with, we will destroy you.
