Hi,
In September this year I'm going for a little jog from Whitehaven in Cumbria to Sunderland, Tyne and Wear, which is a total of 135 miles. I'll be doing this run over 5 days. The 3 charities I have chosen to are the Addisons Disease Self Help Group, Macmillan Cancer Support and The Great North Air Ambulance, all of which have helped me or my family and friends over the last few years and i just want to try and give something back to them.
Unfortunately Justgiving.com can't put more than 1 charity onto a single page, so I've had to set up 3 seperate pages, I don't expect anybody to donate on all 3 pages (but feel free to if you like!!!)
This is how the 135 miles will be spread out over the 5 days:-
Day 1 I'll be running from Whitehaven to Keswick which is 31 miles
Day 2 I'll be running from Keswick to Langwathby which is 28 miles
Day 3 I'll be running from Langwathby to Allenheads which is 30 miles
Day 4 I'll be running from Allenheads to Stanley which is 30 miles
Day 5 I'll be running from Stanley to the finish in Roker, Sunderland which is only 16 miles!
I'll be following the Sea to Sea cycle route, which takes you through the Lake District and accross the Pennines so there'll be no shortage of hills to run up!! Thanks for taking the time out to look at my page and if you could donate something to one of these very worthwhile charities it would be greatly appreciated by both myself and the charity,
Here are the addresses of my other 2 apges:-

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
