We are a team of local running mummies who have got together to run the Adidas 5k Challenge in order to raise funds to support the local and national work of the NCT, the UK's leading charity for new and expectant parents. 

Most people know of the NCT's work in providing antenatal classes for expectant parents, however we also train antenatal teachers and breastfeeding counsellors, run around 300 local branches providing services from breastfeeding support drop ins, to baby and toddler groups.  We also campaign at local and national level for improvements to maternity services, provide evidence based information and training to healthcare professions and services to some of the most vulnerable groups of new parents.

The team you are supporting is made up of local parents whose training has been assisted by Running Mummies.
