Heyo Dude's and Dudettes!!!

Well for those not in the know, im running the London Marathon next year.  Please please stop the applause.

I'll be running for Phab Kids which is an epically cool charity, that helps people with and without disabilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete integration within the wider community and to make more of life together. See now how is that not cool! seriously that is more awesome then a car made out of chocolate and ice cream.
