Brain Tumour Research is the leading voice of the brain tumour community and focused on finding a cure for all types of brain tumours. We are campaigning to increase the national investment in research to £35 million per year and funding sustainable Centres of Excellence across the UK.

Story

I'm cycling 55 miles from Annan in Scotland to the Lake District to raise money for Brain Tumor Research. It's part of a giant work relay race through the UK involving running, swimming, canoeing and even dog-walking. But I get to wear the padded lycra shorts. Apparently there are mountains on our route across the border, which I'm not happy about. We're paying our way up there and our agency has paid for the support car so every penny you donate goes towards fighting brian tumours, which is obviously a good cause. I promise to sponsor you back if you do something that causes you similar personal discomfort.
