Well, we did it! It was hard work on the day and most of us finished feeling tired but invigorated and very happy that we made it.  All that training was worth it.  We might even have another go next year......?!  Thanks to everyone who ran, helped out on the day, cheered and shouted and took photos for us.  We couldn't have done it without all your help.  If you haven't sponsored us yet, you still can.  Just donate on this page using your credit card.  Every penny counts towards taking care of children with cancer and their families.

Hi and welcome.  There's a whole bunch of family and friends running in the Stroud Half Marathon in aid of CLIC Sargent.  As you will probably know, they looked after us very well when Laoise was very poorly, and they continue to look after hundreds of other children with cancer and their families.

Well, there's not a lot left that we can do.  The gruelling training sessions are over, no more running in the dark late into the evenings after work. Good luck to everyone running and thank you very much to all those who have already sponsored us.   The response has been amazing.
