On Dec 31st 2007, I put out my last cigarette, wished everybody Happy New Year, and began......... Not smoking, but running, cycling and swimming! Why? To raise money for a great cause! On August 9th, I will attempt to complete a Triathlon in London, and I want to raise as much money as I can by doing so. With training now seven months along, I'm struggling to recognise myself in the mirror after such a dramatic weight reduction (even in the shadow of giving up smoking!).
