We are Holding a 3hr Zumbathon in Aid of Lifeblood the Thrombosis Charity, So if you'd like to join us and help us raise funds to 'Help Us Stop The Clots', Simply make a minimum £10 donation on our page and 'Come Join The Party'.

Cassie's Story:

Myself and My Family have been supporting and raising money for Lifeblood the Thrombosis Charity since losing my sister in December 2005 to an unexpected DVT/ Pulmonary Embolism Whilst she studied for her Sports Degree at Marjons Uni in Plymouth, Shes was only 24 and 5 days away from celebrating her 25th birthday and 5 months away from completing her 3 year Uni Degree which she worked so hard for.

I doubt we will ever get over losing Penny she was such a beautiful, friendly, outgoing, & adventurerous girl. We now all find our strength in spreading awareness about DVT & Blood Clots, we do this by telling Penny's story and fundraising for Lifeblood and to us it also keeps Penny's memory alive.

Since 2006 we have organised many charity events along with friends and family doing there own events such as skydives, Bikerides, swimathons, marathons, walkathons and Cake sales to name a few.

This year is the year of the Zumbathon and we want you to come along and Join the Party with Charlie our Fantastic Zumba teacher and the rest of the Zumba Crew.

DONT WORRY You Dont have to be a gold medalist in dancing its about having fun and believe me you will.  The Zumbathon is 3hrs long BUT dont be put off you can stop and start as you wish :0)

Oh and for those with a sweet tooth we are holding a Cupcake sale on the day aswell Mmmmm. Why not bring a container if you dont get chance to eat some on the run and take some well deserved Cupcakes home with you  :0)
