We are raising money for the vital work of Home-Start, we work with families who have children under the age of five, offering them non judgemental emotional and practical support through one of the most challenging periods in their lives. Parents know how hard it can be to juggle all the responsibilities of family life, these can be even more difficult when they have to handle issues such as isolation, post-natal depression, multiple births, illness or bereavement. This is where Home-Start comes in, our fully trained parent volunteers visit families in their own homes and offer friendship, advice and help to give them the confidence to face the future with hope and optimism.
Home-Start needs your support to carry out our important work with families, so we are asking you to make a donation by clicking on the "donate now" button on this page today. Please give what you can to make a real difference to the lives of the families who need it most.
Home-Start UK works with our 340 local Home-Starts across the UK to support 34,000 families and 70,000 children through our 16,000 fully trained parent volunteers.
Donating through this site is simple, fast and totally secure. It is also the most efficient way to sponsor me: Home-Start UK will receive your money faster and, if you are a UK taxpayer, an extra 28% in tax will be added to your gift at no cost to you.
