BACKGROUND: As you may (or may not) know, I run the production company Life of This World Media. As part of this I regularly produce international documentaries for charities and NGO's on a pro bono basis.

 

In the last 2 years I have visited 16 different countries (yes my passport looks a mess!) and produced films for the likes of ActionAid International, Muslim Aid and Families Relief. I have been to some tough environments, including Palestinian refugee camps in Beirut, deserts in Mali, and war ravaged camps in Darfur.

 

Currently I am fundraising for Families Relief, one of the few charities, based in the UK, to actually have an office in Gaza and full time staff on the ground. The projects I intend to support include a water project, a food project, and a hospital project.

 

Families Relief is a charity that guarantees 100% of donated funds goes to the beneficiaries. There are no admin costs.
