I find it hard to believe that almost a year has passed since my wonderful father passed away. I was so lucky to have grown up surrounded by his energy, enthusiasm, laughter and love and find it impossible to comprehend that he is no longer with us.

As running was such a big part of his life, I can think of no better tribute to him than taking part in the Flora London Marathon in his memory. And by doing so, I hope the money raised can go towards helping a family whose lives may be affected by prostate cancer.
