<p>WE DID IT, 103 MILES THE 1ST DAY, 84 MILES ON SECOND DAY, thanks to everyone who helped, came down to see us at the finish line and everyone who participated in 1 way or another, thanks to Buckingham Bikes for sponsering us, Andy Huxley of Quality Print Finshers for helping us with the t shirts, Hurst View for supplying us with a campsite aloong with Rosewall Camping. T<br /><br />Thank you!<br /><br />Hello all, <br /><br />Myself (Alex), James, Max, George and Jacob will be doing a sponsered cycle from Waddesdon C of E School to Portland's Lighthouse (Just south of Weymouth) on the 6th and 7th. of April. The route we have decided to take will be around 180miles long in total and with your help we can raise as much as possible to give to the Haiti Hospital Appeal. After hearing about the earthquake on the 12th of Janurary we decided to do a sponsered event and try to help. After talking to my friends we decided of doing a sponsered cycle. So why to Portland? We chose to do it to Portland because it be a tough challenge to do within 2 days of cycling. Also Portland has a landmark, the lighthouse which people will be able to recognise once we have cycled to it and completed the fundraiser.
