Story

Update: On 26th April after 920miles and 68hrs of cycling I arrived at Lands End - So many Thanks for your donations and for any new donations !!

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

The Psoriasis Association offers amongst many other things help and advice. They seek to lift the shadow from the plight of many people who suffer from psoriasis and aim to generate greater awareness of this condition. I support this charity and am delighted to take on this challenge with this cause in mind.

About the challenge:

I'm basically a Sunday cyclist who has tackled a few big rides in the past including a recent 24hr ride from London to Brussels. With this last adventure in mind I decided to take on one of the most popular UK cycling challenges, that of cycling from John O'Groats to Lands End (the JOGLE). So the challenge that I've set myself is to travel the 900+ miles in 6 days solo and unsupported. This would involve daily rides of upto 165 miles a day!

Start Date: 21st April , Finish Date 26th April, Distance 900+ miles. Please refer to the schedule - I've added as one of the "photos"!

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and wish me luck!
