This is Tallulah AKA Lulu and she is 3 years old and has agreed to cut her lovely long hair to raise as much money as possible, as well as donate her hair to the Little Princess Trust who help provide special wigs for children who have lost their hair due to illness such as cancer.

Lulu was lucky and born with an abundance of hair and has had really long hair for the best part of her young life. We were in two minds about cutting it and agonised over it for a long while until a friend suggested doing a sponsored cut (thank you Hazel).

I did some research and found this great charity the 'Little Princess Trust'. I realised I was lucky to have a beautiful, healthy child and imagined how hard it would be for a little girl or boy to lose all their hair and thought I would be greatful to receive a special wig for my child to bring a little comfort during a hard time.

Tallulah has extremely long hair for such a young child and it's grown this much over 3 years (with 3 cuts in between) it'll grow back again but in the meantime it could bring another child so much joy. Tallulah understands that she is donating her hair to poorly children that don't have hair anymore and is happy to do the 'BIG CHOP'.

So, I ask you if you can donate as much as you can you would make us, The Princess Trust and all the little boys and girls waiting for wigs very happy!!! Every donation is greatly appreciated no matter how big or small. If 100,000 people all only donated £1 that would raise £100,000....how amazing would that be? Each wig costs the Little Princess Trust £350 to aquire so if we could raise as much as £100,000 that would mean 285 wigs for children.
