Hi, thankyou for coming to my fund raising page. As many of you already know I do loads of work for various charities, and I am usually happy to give my time and effort - whether it's running races, decorating houses, painting Christmas cards or abseiling down building! What I've never been very good at though is actually getting people to sponsor me directly - but as a good friend of mine recently pointed out, most of you are more than happy to pledge a few pounds, particularly if it's a charity whose work you admire, and so long as they don't have to do the walk/climb/abseil yourselves! So spurred on by her wise words I've been brave enough to ask you all for a bit of your hard earned cash. For that, I am extremely grateful. Thankyou.
