On Sunday 14 September I managed to abseil down a 180 foot high cliff at Hartland overlooking the Atlantic - and the money I raised went to support North Devon Hospice.

Thanks to all who have sponsored me - very much appreciated .The total raised on and offline was £305 and I was thrilled with the generosity of all my sponsors - many, many thanks. The abseil was terrific fun and I couldn't have asked for a better day: glorious sunshine, blue skies, all very calm - except for my nerves, which thankfully dissolved as I set foot over the edge . I even managed a glimpse at the ocean as I made my descent, which was sparkling beside me making it a magical experience, which I recommend to all.
