This year, Alex has agreed to save my old aching bones by taking part in his first Triathlons. We'll probably add more, but the events we have planned in so far are;
11-Apr-09 : Warwick Aquathlon (50m swim, 600m run - Alex came 5th in 6:35)
11-Apr-09 : Warwick Aquathlon (400m swim, 2 mile run - Martin came 25th in 28:16)
19-Apr-09 : Eastnor Magnificent 7 (7 mile run - Martin came 96th in 1:10)
31-May-09 : Gloucester Triathlon (36m swim, 1000m bike, 600m run - Alex came 4th in 9:51)
22-Jun-09 : South Cerney Triathlon (1.5k swim, 40k bike, 10k run - Martin came 194th and last in 3:25:51)
11-Jul-09 : Upminster Triathlon (50m swim, 800m bike, 600m run - Alex came 1st in 8:08)
