Well! I'm on a roll now ^.^ having completed two bike challenges I'm giving the saddle a break and getting my hiking boots back on to hike the Atlas Mountains in Morocco of up to altitudes of 4,167m high.  

All fundraising efforts are again in aid of Scope, helping people with cerebral palsy.
