Well! I've got the cycle bug!! After mixed feelings of sheer torture and exhilaration completing Mexico April last year, I find myself here again compelled to do another charity challenge for a the same great charity - Scope. 

What? Biking north to south, 500km down Vietnam over 7 days from Hue to Ho Chi Minh City.   

When? from 16 October 2008

We arrive into Hanoi and transfer to Hue to start a seven-day cycling through the ancient city of Hue, rural villages and lush paddy fields, finishing on the stunning beaches of Phan Thiet and Mui Ne in the south. More info available from Scope web here.
