LCD believes all children have the right to a good quality education. The charity works with schools and their communities in the most impoverished areas of Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa and Uganda. By sharing and developing skills its work is bringing about some remarkable, long-lasting changes in education, helping over a million children to have a better start in life.

My story

WE DID IT!

Yes, the Communications Management Dragonflies set sail on Sunday June 15th, competing in the Southern Dragon Boat Regatta on the Thames at Marlow, paddling against 38 other teams, raising cash for charity.

We had a fantastic day and are well on the way to hitting our target of £5,000 for Link Community Development which carries out vital work in the most impoverished parts of Africa. See www.lcd.org.uk for full details of the charity's activities.

It's not to late to donate as this page will remain open until the end of year so dig deep. Every pound raised in personal sponsorship will be matched by Communications Management so your money is worth double to us - and to Link!

Communications Management is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2008 and we aim to donate £20,000 to Link - £1,000 for each year we have been in business.
