LCD believes all children have the right to a good quality education. The charity works with schools and their communities in the most impoverished areas of Ethiopia, Ghana, Malawi, South Africa and Uganda. By sharing and developing skills its work is bringing about some remarkable, long-lasting changes in education, helping over a million children to have a better start in life.

You may think we're mad (we know we are!) but a team from Communications Management is competing in the Southern Dragon Boat Regatta, paddling against numerous other teams, raising cash for charity.

All money raised will help fund the vital work Link Community Development carries out in the most impoverished parts of Africa. See www.lcd.org.uk for full details of the charity's work.

Communications Management is celebrating its 20th anniversary in 2008 and we aim to donate £20,000 to Link - £1,000 for each year we have been in business.

We hope to raise £5,000 by competing in the Dragon Boat Race. Any money raised by the paddlers in personal sponsorship total will be matched by Communications Management, so every £1 you donate will actually be worth £2! Please, help us reach an amazing total by digging deep and sponsoring us online through this page.
