Hey guys,

On 12th July 09 I will be taking part in the "British 10k London Run" to raise money for the London Air Ambulance.

The LAA is not funded by Government therefore relies on your generosity!

At the start of the year I was in a serious road traffic accident, resulting in multiple fractures, the worst of which was a broken pelvis. Thanks to the LAA  I've been given a second chance, but this is not all about me. I will be running for a family member, a close friend and all the other future trauma victims.
